USPTO商標規費調整自2021年1月2日生效，謹列舉下列幾項費用變動供參，詳細費用調整請參USPTO官網：
1. 申請 (TEAS Standard: 每類USD 275調整為每類USD 350; TEAS Plus: 每類USD 225調整為每類USD 250)；
2. 第8或71條規定之宣誓書(TEAS: 每類USD 125調整為每類USD 225)；
3. 向局長提出之請願書(TEAS: USD 100調整為USD 250)；及
4. 美國商標評審上訴委員會之異議程序(ESTTA: 每類USD 400調整為每類USD 600)。
The adjustments of the USPTO’s Trademark Fee will be effective January 2, 2021. The following fee changes are listed for reference. Please refer to the USPTO’s website for the detailed fee adjustments.
1. Application filing (TEAS Standard: USD 350 per class, up from USD 275 per class; TEAS Plus: USD 250 per class, up from USD 225 per class);
2. Declarations under Section 8 or 71 (TEAS: USD 225 per class, up from USD 125 per class);
3. Petitions to the Director (TEAS: USD 250, up from USD 100); and
4. TTAB opposition proceedings (Notice of opposition filed through ESTTA: USD 600 per class, up from USD 400 per class).
